If you have booked a \"package\", it is possible to replace only one treatment among those included, by informing the Thermae & SPA Managers during your consultation at the beginning of your stay. If you have booked one or more \"\u00e0 la carte\" treatments (without a package), the replacement will be guaranteed only if you inform the Thermae & SPA Managers by 5:00 PM on the previous day.
