Aromatherapy and color therapy are the pluses that make a massage unique and personalized.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our Eastern <\/strong>treatments fromAyurveda<\/strong> to Shiatsu<\/strong>, just to name a few, are rituals that aim to treat the body and mind according to natural methods such as aromatherapy and color therapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to theAromatest<\/strong> performed at the beginning of treatment, we can stimulate ancient memories and understand at that precise moment what our primal need is. The practitioner will help you identify which VATA<\/strong> or PITTA or <\/strong> KAPHA <\/strong> path<\/strong> to choose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what are DOSHAs? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

They are simply the three primary energies <\/strong>that of health and well-being, according to Ayurveda, are primarily responsible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
