How does Global Mud Therapy® work?

1. Application of the mud

The treatment begins with the application of mature thermal mud to the affected areas. The mud, which is naturally warm and rich in natural active ingredients, is carefully applied to promote its beneficial effects on muscles and joints, under the constant supervision of specialized staff.

2. Bathroom

After the mud is removed, the body is immersed in a thermal bath filled with salsobromoiodic water. The heat of the water promotes relaxation and enhances the effects of the mud, guiding the body into a state of deep and gradual relaxation.

3. Rest

This is followed by a rest period in a dedicated area, which is essential to allow the body to respond to the treatment. During this time, the body continues to benefit from the thermal effects, promoting a sense of relaxation and controlled recovery.

4. Massage
