What rules should be followed inside the Spa ?

To ensure a serene atmosphere for all guests in our wellness areas, we kindly ask you to keep your voice low and to turn off your mobile phone or silence the ringer.

When is the best time to book treatments?

We recommend booking the time of your treatments or therapies free of charge before your arrival. You can send an email to spa@savoiaterme.it or call +39 049 823 11 11.

Where is the Beauty Farm located and what are the opening times?

It is located on the first floor, easily accessible by using the dedicated elevators. It is open every day from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The SPA reception welcomes you every day from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Where is the spa located and what are its hours?

It is located on the ground floor within the thermal pools area. It is open every day from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.To ensure maximum hygiene and safety, we ask you to use the antifungal spray at the entrance. We recommend wearing a swimsuit to access all our SPA services. Please remember to enter the sauna without slippers and to place one of the white towels provided under your seat (avoiding waste). We advise against using the SPA on an empty stomach or too full, in case of high or low blood pressure, heart or circulatory disorders, acute inflammation, for pace-maker carriers, during a fever, in case of skin inflammation, in the presence of varicose veins, during pregnancy, or during your menstrual cycle.

What time is the water aerobics?

Collective aquagym sessions take place from Tuesday to Friday at 4:45 PM, and on Saturdays at 4:00 PM. Please note that any changes to the schedule will be promptly communicated by the staff in charge.

Where is it located and what hours does the fitness center have?

It is located on the ground floor, easily accessible by using the dedicated elevators, and is adjacent to the Thermal Center. It is open every day from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

What happens if you arrive late to an appointment?

Arriving late for a treatment will unfortunately reduce the time available to you, so as not to cause delays or disruptions for the next guest. Please note that in this case, the full cost of the treatment will still be charged.

Can you substitute one treatment for another?

If you have booked a "package", it is possible to replace only one treatment among those included, by informing the Thermae & SPA Managers during your consultation at the beginning of your stay. If you have booked one or more "à la carte" treatments (without a package), the replacement will be guaranteed only if you inform the Thermae & SPA Managers by 5:00 PM on the previous day. Otherwise, the replacement will be allowed only if compatible with the center's schedule.

What happens if I cancel an appointment?

We kindly ask you to inform us in due time if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation of the treatment is free of charge up to 12 hours before its scheduled start. Cancellations made after this deadline or no-shows will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged.

Are there any beneficial treatments during a pregnancy?

There are beneficial treatments that can be carried out during pregnancy and that can be recommended to you. It is very important to inform the coordinators upon your arrival, so that you can be assisted and undergo only the safest and most suitable treatments at all times.

Where is the hair salon located?

It is located inside the Beauty Farm (first floor) and is available for both Her and Him. To guarantee your service, we kindly remind you that a reservation is appreciated by contacting the Beauty Farm reception.

How can I maintain the results of treatments at home?

To continue your experience at home and maintain the benefits of the treatments received with self-care, you can purchase the products from our lines. Ask our "Beauty Specialists" for advice.
