The experience also includes lunch at the Il Savoiardo restaurant and a 50-minute anti-stress massage to relieve tension and restore a pleasant sense of balance.
The Regulations
To ensure that everyone can relax and enjoy our thermal pools and the surrounding area, we ask our guests to follow these guidelines:
- Please read the rules posted at the pool. The staff is authorized to enforce the rules!
- Children under 18 are not permitted in the spa.
- Admission is valid from the time of entry until the time of exit: you may not enter and exit multiple times throughout the day.
- Management is not responsible for unattended items left outside the lockers.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the indoor pools or in the areas connecting to the hotel.
- You must take a shower before entering the water.
- Diving, playing ball, and running are not permitted, out of respect for others’ relaxation and for safety reasons. It is important to maintain a quiet atmosphere by avoiding loud noises and keeping cell phone volumes and speaking voices low.
- To ensure that everyone has an enjoyable time at our pools, we kindly ask that you not use the hot tubs for too long so that all guests can enjoy them.
- Admission in the evening is not permitted for those under 18 years of age.
- Each person may use only one lounge chair.
- You are not permitted to consume your own food or beverages in any area.
- The indoor pool filled with salt-bromine-iodine thermal water has a maximum depth of 140 centimeters and a temperature of 34–36°C.
- The outdoor pool filled with salt-bromine-iodine thermal water has a maximum depth of 140 centimeters and a temperature of 34–36°C; it is connected to the indoor pool.
- The small outdoor pool filled with salt-bromine-iodine thermal water has a maximum depth of 150 centimeters and a temperature of 27–29°C during the warmer months.
- Water aerobics at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
- Fitness Center: Daily 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. Children under 14 are not permitted to use the gym. During group classes, the gym is reserved exclusively for those activities. You may not use the cardio equipment for more than 20 minutes per machine. You may not use the fitness center while wearing a swimsuit, bathrobe, or slippers.
