Hotel Savoia Thermæ & Spa has chosen to adopt the Adult-Teen philosophy, a concept designed to guarantee our guests an atmosphere of absolute quiet, silence, and total relaxation. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to welcome children under the age of 13, including day access as external guests for the Day Spa (both afternoon and full-day, and regardless of booking a day-use room).

The pre-authorization IS NOT A CHARGE, but a temporary hold to verify the validity and funds of the card used for booking. If you choose the “Free cancellation” rate, the amount of the first night is blocked; conditions vary according to the selected offer. The Hotel can perform this check at any time (for prepaid cards, please check your balance). If the pre-authorization is denied, you will have 24 hours to provide a new card, otherwise the booking will be automatically cancelled. If you have booked one or more "à la carte" treatments (without a package), the replacement will be guaranteed only if you inform the Thermae & SPA Managers by 5:00 PM on the previous day. Otherwise, the replacement will be allowed only if compatible with the center's schedule.

• MUD TREATMENTS + THERMAL BATHS: recommended for osteoarthritis, widespread arthrosis, extra-articular rheumatic conditions and other disorders suitable for mud and thermal bath therapy;

Guests may access affiliated thermal treatments once a year by presenting a prescription from their general practitioner. The prescription, issued on the appropriate ASL form, must clearly indicate the medical condition, the prescribed treatment cycle and the corresponding national treatment code:

• 89.90.2 for mud treatments + thermal baths;
• 89.91.2 for inhalation treatments.

During each calendar year, only one treatment cycle is covered, choosing between 12 mud treatments + 12 therapeutic thermal baths or 12 inhalations + 12 aerosol sessions.The prescription is valid for the current calendar year, and the treatment cycle must be completed within a maximum period of 60 days.Inhalation treatments covered by the ASL agreement are reserved exclusively for guests staying at Hotel Savoia Thermæ & Spa.
