In this section, you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions, as well as the opening hours of swimming pools, spa, Thermal Centre and Beauty Farm.
We are always on hand to provide you with any information you may require, and we will be delighted to provide you with advice and to book treatments and packages for you. We recommend that you book the treatments you wish before the day of arrival, so that we can organise your Wellness and Relax stay as effectively as possible.

When is the best time to book treatments?
We recommend reserving the time of your therapies or treatments for free before your arrival. To do so, please send an email to spa@savoiaterme.it or call us on (+39) 049 823 11 11.
Thermal centre
Situated on the ground floor, the centre is easily accessible by lift. Opening time: every day, in the morning.
Inhalation therapy
The inhalation therapy unit (inhalation, aerosol and atomised nasal shower) is located inside the Beauty Farm (on the first floor) and can be easily accessed via the lifts.
Opening times: every day, 8.00 am to 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm to 6.00 pm. Prior booking is required for the inhalation treatments.
Beauty farm
Situated on the first floor, the beauty farm is easily accessible by lifts.
Opening times: every day, from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm. Spa Reception: every day, from 9.00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2.30 pm to 6.00 pm.
Thermal swimming pools
Located on the ground floor, the pools are easily accessible via the lifts.
Opening times: from 8.00 am to 11.00 pm.
The complex features a total of three swimming pools: one indoor and one outdoor (linked to the indoor pools), with thermal water at a temperature of 34-36°C, as well as a third outdoor pool with thermal water at a temperature of 27-29°C. The swimming pools offer therapeutic effects and it is recommended that you use them for short periods of time only.
Spa
The spa is located on the ground floor, next to the thermal pools. Facilities available include: sauna, Turkish bath, sensory showers, sensory tunnel with Lneipp circuit and lumbar-buttock aquamassages.
Opening times: from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm.
This area is geared towards total relaxation and is reserved for over 18s only. Please use the anti-fungal spray at the entrance. Please wear a bathing suit when using any of the spa services. Please enter the sauna without slippers and sit on the supplied white towel. Silence it is an essential part of the wellness experience. Please keep your voice down at all time within the spa. Do not use this area if you have: an excessively empty or full stomach; blood pressure that is too high or too low pressure; heart or circulation problems; acute inflammation or a pacemaker; a fever; any inflammatory skin conditions (also due to the risk of contagion); or varicose veins. In addition, you should not use the spa if you are pregnant or on your period.
Aquagym
Group aquagym sessions take place from Monday to Saturday at 4.00 pm. You will be notified of any changes to the schedule by the staff.
Fitness centre
Located on the ground floor, next to the Thermal Centre, the centre is easily accessible by lift. Opening times: every day from 8.00 am to 11.00 pm.
What happens if you arrive late to an appointment?
Arriving late simply means that the duration of your treatment will be limited, so as not to cause problems for the next client. The full cost of the treatment will be charged in any case.
Can you substitute one treatment for another?
In the event that you have reserved one or more “à la carte” treatments, the substitution may be possible only on condition that you have informed the co-ordinators by 5.00 pm on the day before. Otherwise, the substitution will be allowed only if agreed with the Centre’s management team.
What happens if I cancel an appointment?
We ask you to inform us in good time if you wish to cancel or move an appointment. The cancellation of the treatment up to 12 hours before its start is free. Cancellation after this deadline or failure to cancel will result in the entire cost of the treatment being charged.
Pregnant women
We can recommend certain beneficial treatments that can be performed during your pregnancy; to this end, it is important to inform the co-ordinators of your pregnancy upon arrival, so that we may assist you in every possible way.
