1 – HANDS UP
Sit up, bring your arms upward, reach for something.
This exercise activates: the shoulders.
2 – CHEST OUT
Sitting in the chair, gather your arms behind the back while pushing your chest forward.
This exercise activates: chest and shoulders.
3 – LEGS IN THE AIR
Sitting down, gather your knees to your chest and lower them back down without ever touching the chair with your legs.
This exercise activates: the abdomen.
4 – I RAISE MY ELBOWS
Bring your hands behind the back of your neck, extend your elbows, and lower yourself sideways to one side and then to the other.
This exercise activates: the abdomen.
5 – UP WITH SIDE B
From a standing position, bend your legs until your buttocks graze the chair. Get up quickly and get down again.
This exercise activates: legs and buttocks.
6 – I IRON AND ADMIRE
Resting the heel on the seat, try to reach the ankle or toe with the arm hand corresponding to the leg.
This exercise activates: legs and buttocks.
