1CAN YOU PROVIDE AN ONLINE QUOTE?
Obtaining a personalised quote is quick and easy, and requires zero commitment. To access all of our prices and special offers, simply enter your intended arrival and departure dates, the number of adults and children in your party, and your board preferences in the “online booking” bar on our website.
2CAN I BOOK ONLINE?
Booking direct on our website is simple and convenient. For real-time prices and availability information, simply enter the relevant information in the “online booking” bar. We guarantee you will find the best prices on our website!
3WHY IS IT BETTER TO BOOK ON YOUR OWN, ON OUR OFFICIAL WEBSITE RATHER THAN ON ANOTHER PORTAL (E.G. BOOKING.COM, EXPEDIA)?
Booking direct through our site offers a number of extra benefits:
  • access to exclusive offers;
  • 12 pm checkout (rather than 10:30 am);
  • all prices already include the local tourism tax (€ 2,00 per person per night);
  • special check-out (the day of departure the pools and SPA will be available until 8:00 pm)
  • direct communication with our Staff.
4WHY DO PRICES VARY FROM DAY TO DAY?
Prices vary depending on the availability of rooms, so they will be affected by changes in demand. Normally, the earlier you book, the lower the price will be.
5DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD TO BOOK?
A credit card is required for every booking. Even with bookings where payment is not required up front, the card is used as a guarantee. Nothing is charged on the card if a cancellation is made within the agreed timeframe.
6WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
Payment and cancellation terms and conditions will vary from one offer to the next.
Non-refundable: offer, paid up front at the point of booking using a credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Free Cancellaton: cancel your booking any time up to 24 hours (1 day) prior to your scheduled arrival without any charge: after this cut-off point, you will be charged for the first night.
Free Cancellaton HOT DATE: cancel your booking any time up to 168 hours (7 days) prior to your scheduled arrival without any charge: after this cut-off point, you will be charged for the first night. With the term HOT DATE we identify some periods of the year of high season.
7WHAT IS A PRE-AUTHORIZATION?
Pre-authorization IS NOT A CHARGE and allows you to “book” an amount to check the validity and economic coverage of the credit card issued by the customer during the booking process. This ensures the availability of the amount for the definitive booking confirmation. If you choose the “Free cancellation” rate, a pre-authorization will be made equal to the cost of the first night of your stay.
  • When is the hotel pre-authorized?
  • The hotel will verify your card at any time. In the case of prepaid cards, we recommend checking the availability of funds on the card.
  • What happens if the pre-authorization is denied?
  • If the card verification is unsuccessful, you will be asked to provide a new card with the necessary amount within 24 hours. If a new card is not provided or if it supplied again with insufficient balance, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
  • What happens when I check-out?
  • At check-out you can still pay with your preferred method. If the account is paid in cash, debit card or with another card, the hotel will CANCEL the pre-authorization and the amount will be available on the card within 48-72 hours depending on the bank and circuit used.
    Or you can ask for the CLOSING of the pre-authorization, debiting in all respects the amount booked on the credit card used during the booking process. To close the pre-authorization, it is necessary that you are the cardholder and that it is in your possession at the time of the check-out. In the case it is not possible to show the original card, the pre-authorization will be cancelled and it will be necessary to pay the bill with another card, debit card, cash etc...
  • Bank messages
  • If you have SMS alerts activated (i.e. if you receive message every time your card is used for a payment), know that sometimes the pre-authorizations are “confused” and considered as actual payments. This means that when a pre-authorization is applied, many banks send the exact same SMS that you would receive if you made a payment. This create a lot of confusion because the person might think that he has been charged an amount while in the reality it is a pre-authorization, or only a temporary block equal to the cost of the first night of stay. In the movement list of the prepaid cards, pre-authorizations are sometimes categorized as “pre-authorized movements” or “movements waiting for accounting”.
    8HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
    At the end of the booking process, you will receive an automated email with a confirmation code and a list of the services included in your booking.
    9CAN I MODIFY AN ONLINE BOOKING?
    You can modify or cancel your booking directly through our website. We will send you an email to confirm the change or cancellation. Our customer assistance service is available from 7:30 am until 9:30 pm in any case.
    10DO YOU OFFER A CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE SERVICE?
    Of course. You can contact us for assistance with any issues using the chat function on our website, by email at savoia@savoiaterme.it or by phone on 049.82.31.111.
    11WHAT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, CartaSi, Carte Bleue, Maestro and JCG. We also accept PayPal payments.
    12DO YOU OFFER NO-SMOKING ROOMS?
    Yes, actually smoking is not permitted inside any of our rooms, but Guests who wish to smoke may choose to book a room with a balcony.
    13DO YOU OFFER REDUCED PRICES FOR CHILDREN?
    • Baby (0 – 1 year old): € 19,00 per night, meals not included, in cradle. The supplement will be charged also in case of own cradle's use.
    • Children (2 – 9 years old): 50% reduced journey rates.
    • Young (10 – 17 years old): 10% reduced journey rates.

    14DO YOU ADMIT PETS?
    We accept only small size dogs and cats that will not be allowed to enter the swimming pool areas, restaurant, Thermal Center, Beauty Farm and bar. Pets are only allowed in some type of rooms. The damages caused by the animals are under the responsibility of the owner. € 14,00 per night (food not included. Disinfection of the room at the end of the stay is included).

    Check-in / Check-out

    1WHAT TIME WILL MY ROOM BE AVAILABLE?
    Your room will be ready from 2:00 pm on your day of arrival (3:00 pm weekend, long-weekend and Holidays). As we can only guarantee access to your room from 2:00 o’clock, we recommend you not to arrive before midday (especially at weekends). You will receive your pool towel and bathrobe when you are shown to your room.
    2CAN WE HAVE LUNCH IN THE RESTAURANT ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL, EVEN IF OUR ROOM IS NOT READY?
    Yes, of course. You will be welcome to enjoy a delicious meal prepared by our own chef before accessing your room.
    3WHAT TIME DO WE HAVE TO LEAVE OUR ROOM ON OUR DAY OF DEPARTURE?
    If you made your booking with us directly through our website (www.savoiaterme.it) or via one of our own operators, you will be asked to vacate your room by 12:00 pm. Guests who book through other channels are required to check-out by 10.30 am.
    With our late check-out option (€ 30,00 per person, by prior arrangement and subject to availability), you may occupy your room up to 8 pm o’clock in the evening.
    4CAN I STILL USE THE THERMAL POOLS AND SPA AFTER I HAVE CHECKED OUT?
    Guests may use the thermal pools and the SPA after the check-out time on their day of departure by paying an additional fee of € 15,00 per person (a changing room will be provided). Free service in case of direct booking. There are no additional costs for guests who have booked the “late check-out” option.

    2DOES THE HOTEL OFFER PARKING?
    Spacious private parking with indoor and outdoor parking spots free of charge.
    3IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN LEAVE MY BAGS AND LUGGAGE?
    A convenient room is available next to reception for guests to store their luggage while they are waiting for their room to be ready on their day of arrival, or following check-out on their day of departure, for instance if they want to remain at the hotel for a few more hours, or take a stroll in Abano Terme.
    4DOES THE HOTEL HAVE WI-FI?
    Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. For access, guests can either register by entering the following information in the registration form: name, surname, room number and birthday.
    5WHAT MEALS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
    Breakfast 7:30 – 10:00 am| Lunch 12:30 – 1:30 am| Dinner 7:30 – 8:30 pm

    Special menus are available on request for diners with coeliac disease or other dietary requirements.
    Dress Code
    • BREAKFAST ROOM & BAR: it is allowed to have breakfast with the bathrobe, but only with the "SAVOIA" logoed one.
    • RESTAURANT: for men only, long trousers are required. In June and August short trousers can be used ONLY for lunch (no swimsuit, flip-flops, singlet).
    6DO YOU OFFER TRANSFERS TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT, OR TO AND FROM THE RAILWAY STATION?
    On request, we can organise transfers to and from Venice Airport.
    Guests arriving at Padua and Terme Euganee by train can continue their journey by taxi from the station, or taking a “Colli” line bus.
    7CAN I PERSONALISE MY STAY AT THE HOTEL?
    For a more rewarding experience, may we recommend: (services not included in room price)
    • lunch/dinner in the restaurant;
    • a welcome package of prosecco and a fruit basket waiting for you in your room when you arrive;
    • cakes for special occasions;
    • bed scattered with rose petals;

      1WHERE AND WHEN SHOULD I BOOK HEALTH, WELLNESS AND BEAUTY TREATMENTS?
      For the most complete range of available times and services, we recommend reserving treatments when you book your stay.
      Treatments can be reserved by calling us on049.82.31.111(ask to speak to a member of the spa staff) any time between 9:30 am and 12:30 am and 2:30 pm and 6:00 pm, 7 days a week, or by emailing us with your requests at: spa@savoiaterme.it.
      2CAN CHILDREN USE THE SPA FACILITIES?
      With certain exceptions, children are welcome to use the thermal pools and relaxation areas, accompanied by the parents and though please remember that a quiet environment is in the interests of everybody’s well-being. Children are not able to access the sauna area, Turkish bath, mood showers, Kneipp circuit or the gym.
      3WHEN ARE THE SPA FACILITIES OPEN?
      Thermal pools: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday until 11:00 pm;
      SPA: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday until 11:00 pm;
      Fitness room: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
      4DO I NEED TO WEAR A SWIM CAP TO USE THE POOL?
      No. However, we recommend using it to keep the water in excellent condition.
      5CAN I INVITE GUESTS WHO ARE NOT STAYING AT THE HOTEL TO USE THE SPA?
      Entry to the pools is subject to the availability of spaces, even for guests who are redeeming gift vouchers.
      Prices include access to the Thermal Pools & SPA, including the connecting indoor and outdoor thermal pools with hydro-massage jets, and entry to the SPA, with its Finnish sauna, Turkish bath (with thermal vapours), Kneipp circuit and mood showers.
      Adults. Price per person to be combined with à la carte treatments, minimum € 30,00 per person.
      Monday to Thursday: € 20,00 day pass
      Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: € 25,00 day pass
      WELLNESS NIGHT (only on Saturdays) Single rate € 30,00. Price per person and access from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
      Support room, not guarded, in the thermal department; Bathrobe + towel for the pools included.
      Children on request.
